My product was never delivered, I’ve been going back and forth with customer service. They have reached out to usps expecting an answer. Nothing worst customer service. It’s been 4 weeks and no refund offered or even a replacement sent. I will never order from Tilit again and I will continue to post my experience with them and their lack of customer service. They dont care about chefs or industry people in general.
