Your chef coats are amazing, but do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes!! Give us a call, stop by the retail store or email us to hear about our bulk order discounts starting at 12 pieces.
What is your return policy in case it doesn't fit?
As long as it hasn't been washed or worn you can return it asap for an exchange, size swap (within 30 days of receipt). Checkout our full return policy here. If you need a refund, we accept them within 14 days of receiving your package minus the return shipping fee and a restocking fee of $10.
Do you ship internationally?
International Shipments:We have currently paused our international shipping program as logistics delays and loss rates have spiked. As soon as we're able to ensure a reliable timeline and consistent delivery we'll be expanding our shipping offferings to international.

Do You do Custom Orders?
Yes, we do. We offer wholesale custom chef and restaurant uniforms orders for the entire team. Customize the look for the front and the back of the house staff. To learn more, click here.
Do you do repairs?
Tilit workwear is built to last and we stand behind our chef wear 100%. If you experience any problems with your chef goods we will repair them free of charge. We'll even send you a prepaid return label! If we can't repair them and your aprons, coats or pants are not damaged due to excessive wear we'll replace them with no questions asked within the first year of purchase!
